Limbic Sauvignon Blanc 2009

Aromas of passionfruit and tropical fruit salad but still retaining the lime and citrus characters expected from a Limbic Sauvignon Blanc. A small percentage of barrel fermented Sauvignon Blanc adding a slight honey and spiciness. Some mid-palate creaminess due to extended fine lees contact in the winemaking. Good length to a clean, fresh, vibrant finish.
